RETURN POLICY
Guidelines
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect products, they may be returned within 30 days for exchange only.
Send a photo of the product to info@drinkertoys.com for us to evaluate the issue.
Product must be in original condition and include all components. Once your damaged, defective or incorrect product is received and processed, you will be notified via email.
We do not accept returns for refund.
Shipping & Handling Fees
For damaged, defective or incorrect products contact info@drinkertoys.com for a Return Authorization (RA).
To send a damaged, defective or incorrect product back to us, include the original shipping invoice that accompanied your Drinker Toys order and indicate reason for exchange on the back of the invoice. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of a Drinker Toys error. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address, where your exchange will be processed:
